Commercial property insurance claims, handled for the owner
We're a licensed Florida public adjusting firm that represents commercial property owners and associations — not insurance companies. We document the full loss, prepare the claim, and deal with the carrier so you can keep running your property.

There's no upfront cost; we're only paid if there's a recovery, and any fee is set out in a written agreement.
Who we serve
Commercial property owners
Office, retail, industrial and warehouse buildings, mixed-use and single-tenant properties.
Property managers
We work alongside you and the owner to keep tenants informed and the claim moving.
HOAs and condominium associations
Common elements, building exteriors, and association-insured property. We work with the board and the community's manager.
Hotels and hospitality
Guest rooms, common areas, contents, and lost room revenue when your policy covers it.
Multifamily
Apartment communities and multi-building properties with damage across several units or structures.
What we handle
- Building damage — structure, interiors, building systems, and exterior components
- Contents and business personal property — furniture, fixtures, equipment, inventory
- Business interruption / loss of income — income lost while the property can't operate normally, when covered (see Business Interruption Claims)
- Extra expense — reasonable added costs to keep operating during repairs, when covered
- Code upgrade (ordinance or law) — added cost to rebuild to current code, when your policy includes it
Causes of loss we commonly see include hurricane and wind, water, fire and smoke, and other covered perils.
How it works
- Call or send a message. Tell us the property, what happened, and your carrier if you know it.
- Claim review. We look at your situation and your policy at no cost and explain your options. We don't represent you until a public adjuster agreement is signed.
- Document and present. We document the loss — building, contents, and any covered income and expense — and present the claim to your carrier.
- Negotiate and resolve. We handle carrier communication and stay with the claim through resolution, keeping you, your board, or your ownership group informed.

Time limits matter
Florida law sets deadlines for giving your insurer notice of a property claim, and your policy may have its own. If you've had a loss — or a claim you think was underpaid — contact us early so deadlines aren't missed.
